Guam High’s Jaylyn King named Naval Base Guam Military Youth of the Year
Guam High School senior Jaylyn King was recently named the Military Youth of the Year for Naval Base Guam.
Jaylyn’s hard work, resilience, and commitment to excellence have not only set her apart but have also inspired everyone around her. She exemplifies the core values of the military youth community, showing determination in the face of challenges, compassion in her service to others, and integrity in all of her endeavors. This achievement is a testament to her unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership, and the positive impact she has made within her community.
“We are so proud of Jaylyn’s accomplishments and excited to support her in representing Naval Base Guam as Military Youth of the Year,” said Ms. Katrina Watts, Guam High School principal.
As the Naval Base Guam Military Youth of the Year, Jaylyn will now advance to the State Level competition in Japan, where she will represent the installation and her community with honor and pride.
