Guam Air National Guard honors DOWEA Pacific educator as 2026 Outstanding SNCO of the Year
U.S. NAVAL BASE GUAM, Guam – MSgt Alyssa R. Torres, a member of the 254th Force Support Squadron, Guam Air National Guard, and second grade teacher at McCool Elementary Middle School, has been selected as the 2026 Outstanding Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) of the Year.
MSgt Torres is celebrated by colleagues, students, and families alike for her positive energy, dedication to student growth, and commitment to the school community.
